1. Wholesale prices relate to the combined cost of wholesale power, network usage, environmental charges and market fees that we have to pay plus an allowance for debt. We buy wholesale power in advance to ensure you're not exposed to any surprises - our prices will change once each year.
2. Estimate is based on the single rate tariff for your postcode and the usage amount selected, and assumes payment method conditions have been met. For detailed information and to see other rates click here.
3. The Online Member plan requires Direct Debit and online account management.
4. We don't charge exit fees. If your current supplier does, we'll cover the cost of up to $50 upon receipt of a copy of a paid invoice that includes their exit fee.
5. To be eligible for the 4 months free membership on the Online Member and Local Member plans, your account must be paid in full by the due date and you must have no outstanding balance remaining on your account from any previous invoices on the 4-month anniversary of joining (excludes Tasmania).
6. Online Member, Local Member, Solar Member and Business Member are available in NSW, QLD, SA & ACT. Local Saver and Business Saver are available in Victoria only. In Tasmania, only Local Member is available.
7. On our Local Saver plan in Victoria, we'll cover the cost of disconnecting power at your old property and connecting it at your new property as long as you have an up-to-date account with Energy Locals at your old address and set up an account on the same type of plan with us at your new address.
